Bill paid but disconnected Tv

I paid my bill on the first of the December yod it's day 12 and I was disconnected. When I call the call center there service I get is garbage service the guy won't answer my questions he goes around in circles and being told I owe pro-rata yet the bill amount reflects something very different I so disappointed why are they ******** us like this we make payments what more do they want I WANT TO BE CONNECTED BECAUSE I PAID!!!!!
