Bill keeps raising

Paid 979.87 a ridiculous amount that I don't normally pay then I find out they added services I never asked for on top of that they keep disconnecting my services when I ask why they don't say they just reconnect me back and I'm being charged for that reconnection fee right now Im sitting on an outstanding balance of 1600 that I don't even know where it's from I don't know what to do cause when I call they will add more money just for enquiry I'm really disappointed
