Bill increases

I’ve just checked my Billing for June 2022 and I found out that DStv billed me an amount of R658.00 including the following: Company Package R429.00 + Disney plus R70.00( which I did not subscribe to DStv - I pay my Disney+ separate and they decided to add a product that I did not agree with. Plus R110 they say is an access fee + R55,35 which I don’t know off. All this additions they don’t make sense to me. Now my Bill came almost R700.00 per month and I don’t even watch these channels. DStv is becoming more expensive for no reason. I’m so angry right now, they can’t just add products without the customer’s consent and expect them to pay.
