Thank you so much, I tried to sort it out with DSTV but they just say that it was add to the account again and there is nothing to be done, this is the first that i hear of an amount written off and 3 months later add to the account again, I was also not informed about it? It feels like i am talking to a wall, nobody really cares, pathetic

Excuse me, I paud in full when I reconnect 2 March 2029 as per your call centre attendants request, then I made payment on my account end of March as well as April 2029, and now all of a sudden the amount was put back on account May 2020, how do you work? This is only a money making scheme, as you said when I reconnect I shoukd have paid it, but DSTV hasn't informed me about it, please listen to the call made 2 March 2020 by me from ***, I phoned again to upgrade on 2 April from my cell *** and again was not informed about the temporary written off amount, so I'm asking who is at fault here, me or DSTV Multuchoice, and this is why yoy loose so many customers, because you don't care, and operate the business just like you want to, and you don't care about anybody, you should be ashamed, and I will keep on fighting because I'm not at fault here
