Dstv is the most pathetic service providers I have ever dealt with, I requested a disconnection on my billing date which is part of their t/c's, they are a big ****, now they denying that I requested a disconnection, they wanna charge me reconnection fee and the days I did not view, no one is willing to assist, their *********** agents included.
