BIG DISGRACE.
My bill state that I had a balance brought forward from previous month, which was not true. They confirmed it was an error from there side. Now I am spending hundreds of Rands to get my packages reconnected, because only a supervisort can transfer me to Journals to get the error corrected and reactivate my packages. BS
