beyond upset customer
i have calling dstv since august about a refund as they have almost triple debited me. i call the call center they leave me on hold and then cut the call. i called in 28/11/2019 a team leader said she will to the reversal the same day and i would receive a call. up until now i am still waiting for the call!!!!! i call in now and this agent told me to hold and cuts the call. i have reached my my wits end regarding this ongoing query!!!!! i want feedback today and a refund today i am beyond tired of this!!! i can not believe i have received such poor service for so many months!!! it seems as though they dont know what thye are doing there
