Beyond shocking
What a poor show for R1000 per month. Search function does not work. Programme availability has gone down the drain. Have you forgotten who your subscribers are from the day you started out, we who have seen all your reruns. Do you not cater for us any more? Try searching on DSTV on line and you get a search result saying "1 found" and then there is nothing. You guys have become beyond useless. Maybe it is time to cancel our subscriptions. Would you care? Do you even know how to read a review.

Clearly you never read my review and have just sent your standard nonsense. As I explained in my initial review is that all your wonderful search tools you refer to are so poor in their functionality. You search and you do not find what you advertise. Very often this is the case. There are times that you search for something that you do find and set your record function, and then you end up getting something completely different. I did explain that I have been a premium viewer since day 1 of DSTV, however the content you now offer is certainly not worth the premium subscription. I finally will say one thing to you. Know your customer before you send out your standard communication. What you are doing is not listening, which is the main reason for my negative review. So keep it up and us premium viewers will simply move on.
