Beyond service
If l could give a zero l could. Been 2 Meeks trying to cancel. You hold till you can't hold anymore. Then if you do get through they tell you to wait and cut the call. Or call friend next to them to e the team leader. This is was the service given by Precious Siwele the team leader that calls me a customer isidina. Wow they discussed me with out realizing l am on not muted. Precious took the call and l confronted her then call cut. Now this is funny the consultant calls back to Apologies not the team leader. Now l am waiting for manager call as the investigate.

02 Mar 2022, 09:17Send this on the 18 Jan 2022 and today is the 2 March and they debit my account and now they telling me I cant cancel still . Again no manage no team leader to assist and its not cancelled. Then i was told a team leader will call me and and still nothing. I am being held hostage by multichoice for a service I dont want as they have issues i rather stay with netflix as i have not had tis much problem.
Now what is so strange is my contracted added and they call me everyday to take out another one and every time i say i want to cancel they drop and say they cant assist or transfer you. Still waiting. I am worse than angry now I am fuming.
