Beyond Pathetic Service

I am at my wits end with multichoice i'm really not sure how else to complain. The service is poor whereby my DSTV is off constantly. I pay to get a service that i would like to make use of. now consultants don't even get back to you on a hello peter issue. DSTV is so quick to cut your service if it isnt paid but very slow to respond on issue such as their poor network. I appeal to anyone within DSTV who is able to assist me.
