Beware of Multichoice Durban

I submitted a report to Multichoice 3 months ago at thier Durban office . It seemed as though my account on decoder and smartcard had been compromised as i downloaded the new DSTV App to my cellphone . this is when my problems started as it said my account was in somebody elses name . It would not accept my email address , cellphone number , card number or customer number . I contacted them at the durban office and it was a nightmare to get anybody to understand my problem as i suspected ***** on my decoder and smartcard . I eventually contacted the whistleblowers site which is supervised by Deloitte and they said they would investigate . I have had no feedback in any anyway whatsoever . I have phoned them many times and now it does not recognise my Reference number 8222C8o5304 for tacking on the Deloitte site . I have tried to contact a senior manager at Multichoice Durban but nobody knows who that person is !! . I have phoned Deloitte many time and told it is still being investigated . This is after 3 Months . My last email made a suggestion that i will return my decoder andd smartcard to the Durban branch and they should exchange for a new decoder and smartcard and take the old one off . I have recieved any corrspondence at all from Multi choice or Deloitte . This blatant ***** or wrongdoing by someone or parties from all sides. My Account number is *** and smartcard number *** and i should mention that when asked if i wanted to remain anonymous i said no i wanted to be completely transparent with all parties . There is a serious problem with Multichoice Durban and as for Deloitte they are as useful as a chocolate teapot . I am really sick and tired of dealing with large companies like this who say the right things but do noting for the customer . Disgusting and ******** staff at Multichoice and Deloitte .
