BEWARE OF ********** ACTIVATION ON ACCOUNT BY INSTALLERS PERMITTED BY dsvt

I signed up for price lock and the installation was done on 02 August 2019, I logged a complaint on 2nd August 2019 several calls complaining about call centre allowing the installer to activate an account which belonged to me without my permission. I called numerous occasion after following up with no joy and each time I am told case is logged with price lock someone will call me back it is over a month with no call back received.

25th August 2019 a deduction of R1500 was debited on my account yet I signed up for R649 price lock I am still awaiting an explanation how did that happened?

customer service *** is the most pathetic service if they are not working they on strike they are offline or their system takes time. I had the most horrible pathetic service.

a ********** activation took place on my account no one bothered to investigate or take my complaint serious.
