BEWARE OF DSTV MULTICHOICE

I just need to share the bad experience I had with DSTV.I reported a faulty secondary decoder and went to Randburg to exchange it for a replacement.Although both my decoders are covered by insurance they gave me a reconditioned decoder.I was on the Compact Plus package.Lo and behold when I connected the decoder I discovered that DSTV had without my permission upgraded me to the Premier package.I called them to correct my package back to Compact Plus and also to put a price lock of 24 months.Hardly one hour later they sent me a notice that congratulated me on joining Showmax.I never asked for Showmax.Please be aware of this unfair practices from DSTV.
