BEWARE DSTV *****ing money via DEBIT order

Absolute thievery by DSTV in already difficult times for S.A. consumers. I was overcharged in March, April and May by more than R3000... I called them to rectify the issue they assured me they would. I called several times all agents insisted they processed the refund however to date almost a month later I haven't received anything.. when I call again they say the agent never process the refund and they will process.. several agents fail to process a refund of money ****** from my account! BEWARE cancel your DEBIT orders or you will be ****** and find yourself begging for your own money!
