BEWARE - DSTV AND EXPLORA MALFUNCTION AND PROGRAMS ARE *****ED UP
<p>WE RECORD WITH OUR PVR AND WATCH WHEN IT SUITS US.</p> <p>WE TRIED TO WATCH BGT AND IT WAS ONLY 27 MINUTES LONG.</p> <p>THEN WE TRIED TO WATCH CHICAGO PD AND IT WAS ONLY 15 MINUTES LONG.</p> <p>THEN WE TRIED TO WATCH TWIN PEAKS AND IT WAS 1 MINUTE LONG.</p> <p>NOTHING IS WORKING.</p> <p>I PHONED IN AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND ARE WORKING ON IT.</p> <p>SOMETHING TO DO WITH BACK TO BACK RECORDINGS.</p> <p>SO I THEN PHONED BACK TO ASK HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO SORT OUT AND WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE ELSE THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT THERE IS NO PROBLEM I MUST REBOOT MY DECODER. YET FRIENDS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DSTV BE DECENT ENOUGH TO PUT ON A NOTICE ALERTING US THAT OUR RECORDINGS ARE NOT WORKING AND THEN WE CAN GO WATCH STUFF ON NETFLIX WHICH NEVER CAUSES PROBLEMS.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR PROGRAMMING STAFF TO PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.</p> <p> </p>

Dinah please could you call me. There is another problem and the staff at the help desk cannot help me as they also don't know what is going on. They told me that MADAM SECRETARY is back from break and showing on the 29 May. My email to me says the 28 May, but either way I cannot find it on the EXPLORA TV GUIDE to set it to record. I have TWIN PEAKS recording on Tuesday at 21.30 so the guy I just spoke to at the help desk says he doesn't know what the problem is.

Thank you Dinah, finally. Not sure why that was so difficult or why I had to go through so much stress and so many emails to finally get an answer, after receiving in writing so many incorrect answers. But thanks to you, it has finally been resolved. I appreciate it.
