Best Service from Lerato Ratlhagane (ShowMax)
I had been experiencing problems with Showmax since the launch of the new interphase. Being sent from pillar to post by call centre agents and given the run around by multiple service centres. Finally received excellent service from Lerato Ratlhagane. Who managed to assist and had me sorted in under a minute.
Thank you for your outstanding service. The customer service industry needs more people like you.
