I walked in Hi-Lite Audio & Visual CC today (19/11/2019) to get my decoder dianosed as per the call centre advised and I recieved the best service ever in a long time.

A consultant by the name of Tshepo serving at counter 1 was amazing with the following:

Peoples s**** Friendly and professional Well articulated Best turn around time (I was on lunch but he calculated a good turn around time s that I wont be late) Good advise

He deserves a higher position
