I was assisted by Cynthia Chauke on the 19 Jan 2021,she managed to resolve my issue, from last year ai have been having this issue. I have been phoning ,sending emails ,chatting on live chat with no resolution, I was even advised by a supervisor that i need to pay extra for compact because the system billed me more .
