Best Customer experience
My matter is finally resolved, thank you so much to Mr Calvo Mawela, Mr Nyiko Shiburi CEO of Multichoice and Mr Matimba Mathonsi for all the daily updates and constantly reassuring me that the matter has been handled and to Ms Seriti for handling other complaints that I had.
Thank you for taking the matter seriously and the way you handled it. I can't thank you all enough for the best Customer Service experience.
