I wish to applaud Thokozile from the CEO Representative Office at DSTV for assisting me with a query that resulted into dstv services to be disconnected before the agreed debit order date., she was able to understand that am on price-lock and assisted me without complicating matters and on top of that she honored her promise to contact me again to give me full explanation and a dialog for my payments going forward.... To Andile in the call centre department my aim was not to ruin your day, but to get assistance, Thank you again Thokozile.... That is what we call customer service!!!
