Being taken for a ride

My brother bought a Router from DSTV last month that took forever to bring it . When they finally sent it my brother connected to the TV now the problem the Router is not working it been a month nothing its not playing at has not connected to the WiFi now his paying for something that is not working at all they busy saying they going to fix but until now it not been fixed and it's not playing.
