Being ****** of Disney Plus promotion

I have to write yet another review as your useless agents failed to assist me yet again!

Before my services were disconnected at the beginning of July, I had three months of free Disney plus subscription as part of the free three month promotion since I am premium subscriber. When my services were suspended, I obviously lost all my DStv services and had no access to any of my subscriptions. When I had my services reconnected, I still had no access to Disney plus but after a long time, the services were eventually reconnected!

The problem that is still persisting is that I have never gotten my free Disney plus promotion despite calling in so many times and sending multiple emails! I am now being charged the discounted rate for Disney plus along with my DStv subscription but I still have a month left of my promotion. I even received an email stating that I have another month left of Disney plus.

All I want is for my free promotion to apply as I should not have to pay until the promotion ends.
