Being ********** for watching repeats everyday

There pricing is ridiculous for the repeats that they show everyday. They are fully aware that during Covid people have experienced financial difficulties but they wont even make an effort in trying to keep you as a customer. They offered a once off special of R650 for the premium package and because of that i requested that they reconnect me. Now i get a bill of R1095 which was due today for the month of September. Their pricing is so high and it seems like they would prefer to lose customers than to keep them.
