Being over-charged every month and nobody knows what for!!!!!

I’m so sick and tired of Multichoice, firstly they have been charging me an extra R350 or so every month without fail that nobody can ever explain. Whenever I call them, the issue of the extra money never gets resolved. Some reverse it because they can’t explain but a few days later, one of my decoders will be working because of money that nobody knows what it’s for!!! My total premiums per month should be R950 but every single month without fail it’s R1250!!! What’s your problem kanti?? In such times where do they think I get another R350 from??? Today I wake up to a message that I’ve been disconnected, it’s not even the 31st yet! Yes I’ve been laid off currently but even when I was working, I get paid on the last day of the month, meaning I will have to pay reconnection fees every month because they have decided to disconnect me on the 30th! Does this even make sense??? Nobody sees anything wrong with this??? Every time I call them I’m on the phone for a good 45mins, who’s airtime?? And everytime nobody can explain the charges! So what am I supposed to do?!???
