BEING FORCED TO PAY FOR A DSTV ******* CONNECTION

My husband and I have been using our compact DSTV subscription for a while now with no issues. In May we were informed that we now have two subscriptions one for compact and the other for premium. They refused to inform us where this premium installation was made and how it was linked to my husbands account. They have since cancelled the premium account however still require us to pay just under R800 for its installation and the few days it was activated. We have called multiple times and been basically been told we have no choice but to pay. Can someone COMPETENT please assist. Its been over two months now.
