Being ****** every month

I'm tired of this company, been paying this thing on the first of the month and yet they disconnect every last day of the month, i've tried explaining to them but they just refuse to wait or they just want to rob me with the re connection fee of every month, i'm done with this company, will disconnect it once and for all nx!
