being charged up normal

On the 2 July 2015 I went to multi choice outlet to pay my Dish.They checked for me on how much should I pay.The lady who assisted me told me that I must pay R417 and few cents for them to reconnect.Well I paid the amount.The a week late they disconnect it.I then call the call centre about my problem and they assisted me.they told me that it could be a technical problem..\Then hell break loose".then 2 weeks later it then get disconnect again.I then call the call centre for the to exlpain on why do they do this "
