Being charged for services not being rendered.

My decoder shows be1 error. I phoned call centre.I am advised to take decoder(old dual view) to multichoice centre. I then proceed to explain that I just underwent triple heart bypass operation on 1st June 2015 and am not allowed to drive. Received no sympathy. I then asked for my subscription to be cancelled immediately. Told not possible.Hence I will now be paying from today (19-06-2015) to 05-07-2015 for a service that I am not receiving. I am also waiting with bated breath to see if I will ever be refunded the subscriptions that I have paid in advance.
