Being charged for owning a dercorder

Dstv is really a joke. They take your hard earned money yet they are not rendering their services to you. Since August I was cut off from their subscription saying I owe them. I have been raising this issue to them since that time. And nothing has been done. What they do is charging on a daily basis, don't know for what coz my TV has been off since August. If you can let me know what am being charged for. Maybe I will understand. Or am being charged for buying a dercorder maybe. Its soo frustrating what you doing.
