Being Charged For Activating new Decoder
On Saturday i received a second explora decoder. My setup was already an Explora as the primary decoder and then a HD PVR P2 as the extra view. So on Saturday i phoned to have the P2 disconnected and the new explora put on as the extra view decoder. I phoned today to put the new explora onto insurance and just asked about the debit order that would be coming off tomorrow. I was then told im getting charged a Pro Forma amount for activating the secondary explora, when i asked why the lady couldn't explain it to me she just kept saying its a pro forma for the monthly premium. I would like to know why i am getting charged a pro forma on a premium that i am paying for already, im not getting any added service since adding the explora. I already had PVR and extra view. I was then told that if i activated the decoder on the 2nd i wouldn't't of paid anything extra but because its 3 days before the billing date im not getting charged a pro forma, this doesn't make sense at all to me. Please can someone sort this out, i already pay a lot of money for this service and i think its ridiculous that I'm paying extra for nothing.
