Being billed for the Disney+ addon as from 23 December 2023 (after the system added it for a 3month free period)

I got a standing debit order with dstv. On 23 September 2023 the Disney+ addon was added (did not request it) to my existing Compact plus package. According to the dstv agent it was free for the first 3 months. With the 23 December 2023 payment an extra R139 was deducted for this Disney+ package. The agent called it a system glitch, I call it *****ing. Those readers that got a subscription with DSTV, please have a look to see if an extra R139 came off your bank account. The agent did reverse the additional charges and debit / adjust my next subscription payment.
