Behond bad service provider

Multichoice are a ******* company they make process but nothing comes right every month for the last 6 months I loss signal for 4 to 5 days then suddenly it comes back. I have paid installers so much money to check it out they informed me nothing is wrong with my cabling or connection. They problem is with Multichoice. But they keep on denying it. I need some assistance or advise what to do with this company. They get full payment every month, but I do not get a full service from them. Multichoice is thus a bad and useless service provider.I will never recommend any one to install DSTV at your homes. No use calling there call center as they are useless
