Become an Internet service provider?

The Dstv service works so well and delivers HD quality without a hitch.

Now, I'm not very clever or technologically sussed but I'm kinda wondering why Multichoice does not deliver an Internet service via its decoders?

It seems to me everything is already in place for this to be a viable possibility, and I would certainly rather subscribe to a fast satellite Internet service rather than my slow rural connection.
