John Madzima was very patient and understood what I needed him to help me with and he did exactly that, even tho I tried to be difficult with him he remained calm and patient with me and delivered exceptional service. I pray that DStv can try to train their agents not to rush to end the call with a client instead have more patients like John Madzima and work out the problem with the client until there is a resolution for both parties and end the call with both parties satisfied. Reason most of us opt out of DStv is because of the bad service we get, we are deprived of people like John Madzima at DStv people that know why they are the and what they are doing the and why they said they want to work at a customer service company.
