BE WARNED MULTICHOICE WILL SEND ********S TO YOUR HOUSE
On Friday the 9th of June I contacted Multichoice for assistance with activating my new decoder. Consultant Nobuhle Mtshali, provided me with *****ulent “accredited installers” contact details which I later found after speaking to a manager at Multichoice is not listed on their system. The installers called Cape Net came to my house and forcibly removed the LNB, causing irreversible damage to the LNB and dish. They insisted on replacing both the LNB and the dish at an excessive cost of approximately R10,000. Realizing something was amiss, I told them I wanted to confirm their accreditation with Multichoice, which led to them becoming aggressive and hostile in my house. While on the phone with Multichoice, they grabbed their handwritten invoice and fled, at the time I was concerned for my safety and wanted to warn the public! You can’t trust information received from Multichoice consultants. I reported the ******** incident to Multichoice and followed up several times, speaking with managers Ms. Masixole and Rodney. Ms. Masixole but they failed to provide feedback or contact me, while Rodney at least acknowledged the *****ulent information provided by Ms. Mtshali and assured me of an investigation and feedback by Monday, 12 June, which I never received.
