Be warned DSTV prices hiked up, R38000 for a week!

We have 5 DSTV subscriptions and pay all of them strictly a year in advance. 2 weeks ago we went to our Multichoice branch in Rustenburg to enquire on when is our next payment due. They informed us that is it due on the 1st of April, they also informed us that the amount due will be R38227.83. Big was our surprize when suddenly last week our DSTV was cut off. We phoned and told them that it is not the 1st of April yet, but in good faith we are willing to make payment immediately, and requested emails, which we did by Credit card, first confirming the amount again with the Call centre. Payment was made. I phoned the call centre to find out if everything is in order and my husband visited our branch to confirm if all the subscriptions were correctly loaded as premium subscriptions. EVERYONE CONFIRMED! Last night we got a call that the payment was not sufficient due to price increases, we will have to pay in before the 1st of April. We told them we will go to the branch and sort everything out today, but unfortunately DSTV didn't allow us that luxury and ten spite of us already paying R38227.83 for only a week of DSTV, the DSTV was suspended in the middle of the Protea Cricket game!!!
