BE VERY CAREFUL OF DSTV OVER CHARGING DEBIT ORDERS

I have phoned DSTV 3 times and the 3 consultants not even one can provide the correct amount to pay. *** and ***c1 My account was over charged with over R250+ this month and its not the first time they over charge my account. I phoned last week I was advised that there are accounts that were over charged. If my account is suspended not even one person will give me money to pay that connection fee. I understand my package is even changed and no consent to do so from me. 3 consultants in a day with all different information this is really bad and unacceptable because I am the one paying here not DSTV
