BE CAREFUL!!!! DSTV charges fees that are not advertised

On the 30th of August i have received from MultiChoice the offer to reactivate my Premium subscription for 750R if i did it before the 20th of September. I did it and i am now charged 880R. When i have inquired why, i was told that the offer for the premium package was 750 and then i have to add 35R for the decoder insurance and 95R for the PVR functionality! I checked on the website of DSTV and i have found NOWHERE written that there is a 95R surcharge for the PVR functionality so i called them and after waiting 5 minutes on the line, i was told that there was a mistake in my bill and it would be corrected, with the 95Rpm removed. This morning i checked and nothing has changed. When i called i was told that there was no mistake and i should pay the 95R to use the PVR. when i have asked to show me where i could find on DSTV website this cost, i was told to google the web! I think it is not correct to charge fees that are not shown ANYWHERE! Once the rugby world cup is finished, i most likely cancel my subscription again!
