Perhaps now is the time to look at alternative service providers, dstv no longer cares for its subscribers who are not on the premium channel, when Top Tv was first launched DSTV was a different ball game, perhaps with new entrants DSTV may just come to the party. How many other non premium subscribers feel the same about DSTV or are we in the minority that DSTV just does not care.<br> On the subject of DSTV closing down channels when an existing channel BBC Prime is repackaged with a new launch BBC FIRST on DSTV Premium it's only for 'premium' viewers BBC Prime rebranded channels will move to Premium. We have DSTV Extra and cannot afford R700 a month plus for premium channels now we get less and less channnels with the cheaper bouquet channels now deleted and not replaced! <br> Eastenders a favourite program of ours now moves to Premium BBBC First and BCC Brit which they have replace with BBC Prime should have been called TOP GEAR (all repeats) because that is the main feature on it now.<br> This is pure ********* and has not been addressed, Perhaps now is the time to look at alternatives like Showmax,Netflix etc dstv no longer cares for its lower end subscribers.<br>
