Bax customer service and not adhiring to their part

Service is pathetic, paid for service which is not working , multi choice does not care about the needs of their customers and they dont care about people's life only about their money . I am still waiting from someone in complaints department to come back to me as she said she will listen to the call then come back to me you call them using your money and when the call drop they dont bother to phone back
