Battle to get Refund/Credit

Pathetic, to say the least. Cancelled Subscription Oct 2018 and kept Boxoffice which I used multiple times thereafter topping it up. Now that service is not available anymore and Multichoice conveniently can't refund or allocate the balances to my new Profile. Always stories, always system errors. Well guess I just made a donation to their "Schemes". Be Carefull before joining them. Quick to take your money but unwilling to assist with their own queries.
