Battle to cancel my DSTV subscription

I am trying for over 4 weeks to get my DSTV cancelled. They always offline when I phone and they don't reply to the e-mails. I have a price log and I phoned to get a settlement amount, they said they need to log this with price log settlement. The last one was over two weeks ago and I still have no reply, or phone call back. They made a mistake with my payment, I get e-mails on overdue account, they deduct my money every month with debit order and never had a reversal on any debit order. They blocked my DSTV from mid September and they still want me to pay. I am very happy to go to Netflix!
