Bas service ever

This is my last request trying to get help with Multichoice.

I haven't received feedback regarding my account till to date.

I have an issue with dstv decoder disconnected. I have trying everyone but I keep on getting different answers from the agents. I paid on the 1st of April 26 however my account keep on been disconnected as I did not put the ref number and use someone else bank app. They gave me ref numbers every day.

Ref number ***,*** and *** of which the last ref they can't provided me with feedback as the system is under maintenance. I want everyone leave multichoice as the service it's really back. I am so annoyed right time.
