Balance issues
Evening, I checked my balance on the app today and it showed me owing 932 that must be paid today. Totally incorrect. Balance due on 29thbof February was R718 as I had credit. I made two payments on the 1st of March R660 and R100. The lady I spoke to this afternoon told me the system double charged me.They even switched off my pvr functions!!Luckily she found the mistake and switch my pvr back on. But my balance still shows incorrect amount. How can it be so difficult to fix this?????? I must actually be more angry because you stole my pvr functions that I paid for
