Balance bought forward

Dstv call central is so useless, they have been charging me for a balance bought forward for the past 3 months I have been trying to call the call center. They explanation is that I have Netflix and the is nothing they can do on they side to cancel it. They will keep saying that they will escalate the matter with no solution.
