Bait & Switch Advertising of a FREE service ie SHOWMAX that is not FREE AT ALL

As advised to Showmax call centre - the articles appearing in the media regarding the FREE SHOWMAX service are not clear at all- not saying something is in my opinion the same thing as Bait & switch advertising DSTV & Showmax have been put out, in my opinion, information in the media for public consumption which is misleading to say the least South Africa has almost the highest data costs in the world - and not making us the public aware that an internet connection is STILL required for this so called FREE service is very misleading and shocking to say the least 1 article as featured on IOL - see below IOL - 12 Sept - “DStv Premium subscribers can enjoy Showmax for FREE - DStv Premium customers will be able to access Showmax via the DStv Now app, as well as their PC, laptop, mobile device, media player, or smart TV,” explains MultiChoice. The new division has not been named, but will be overseen by MultiChoice CEO Mark Rayner until a division head is found" Plse amend all media articles and be clear to advise the public that they STILL require an internet connection, which by default, does not make the addition of Showmax to a DSTV subscription FREE by any stretch of the imagination, - an obvious omission on DSTV's/Showmax's part
