They reply that my coverage for repairs has lapsed

I go - Is this a required service?

They go - Yes

I go - So my DSTV service will stop working?

They go - it doesn't work like that, but you need it...

Way to go with the bait and switch, oh btw, NMS broke the law when they said I required the product... just by the way.
