I am so disappointed with multichoice services I am waiting for apology letter from legal they haven't contacted me since last year November and I have paid and I am not watching TV.. The team leader of randburg call center Bheki his unreliable he needs more training on how to give customers service now please help me I am forced to cancel my services with you guys I hold for over 30 minutes for cancelation department no answer please I need my refund and cancel subscription
