Bad treatment by DSTV at Kwa-Lichaba

We were treated so bad at Kwa-Lichaba by DSTV and it was all because they said we won a VIP section and everything is paid for, we left before they could even embarrass further since the sarcasm was very bad because we were trying to inquire as to why we were kept waiting for an hour and half before any acknowledgement... below is the post I posted to Kwa-Lichaba:

DSTV is going to chase potential customers away from you, were made to wait one and half hour without any acknowledgement since we got there from 14H00, the lady who was responsible for us DSTV winners had such a contempt since she didn't give us a chance as to why we were kept so long and then after that came painful sarcasm from her like we were there to beg or something, she was like to these other couples who won as well "you are the people, you are the people" ...while talking like that outloud accompanying them from where we were to the golden couches and leaving us there, the coldness we got from her and his colleague was very sad, I told my partner that we are not going there anymore...mark my words Kwa-Lichaba, DSTV is going to ruin more potential customers for you with their lack of problem s****s, never been to your place since it's not my style as a quiet man but while sitting there before we noticed that we were being kept for hour and a half, we spoke about coming there from time to time but...thanks but no thanks, I now hate DSTV so much with a walk of shame they made us walk and your place will always remind me of that.
