Bad swrvice rendered

Kindly assist me my data for this month is not allocated to day it was the fifth person i contacted asking for the service i paid.everyone of the is promising the next day .this is fustrating if it was then that didnt receive payment i dont think i will be watching the shows.please assit with the bad service im getting .im stuying now i ahve to pop up from my own pocket for their poor servise
